Ultimate North Georgia Fall Wedding - Ellijay, GA
Imagine getting married to the love of your life on the most perfect fall day in the North GA Mountains among your closest family and friends - yes please!! Ellijay has become such a special place to me over the last few years, and this Autumnal Wedding was the perfect way to capture Ellijay’s beauty. The changing leaves, the vast fields and forests, the fall breeze and leftover summer sun - it couldn’t have been more dreamy.
I know we all love when the Georgia heat starts to make it’s way out, and we can welcome some cooler fall weather. Grace and Huntre’s Wedding Day was a perfect 70 degrees and sunny - after days of rain. Grace is a florist, so having amazing flowers was a huge priority and it’s safe to say they nailed it. To the sound of Appalachian Music, Grace walked down the aisle to the most beautiful arch of autumnal flowers and pumpkins to marry her, now, husband.
They shared vows, laughs, and love as the sun started dipping below the trees, and said ‘I do’ to each other surrounded by their loved ones. Following the ceremony, we chased the light to get some amazing golden portraits while guests headed to the reception tent. If you can’t already tell, I absolutely LOVE the sun, and Grace made it a priority for us to get those golden, creamy photos.
The night ended with sweet speeches, good food, and an incredible DJ (shoutout Scott!!). They danced the night away under the moon and a clear sky. This day could not have been more perfect, and I am forever grateful to have been a part of it. Thank you Grace & Huntre!
