Atlanta Botanical Gardens Proposal - Atlanta, GA

This surprise proposal at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens was so much fun to photograph. Skylar was one of the most prepared and communicative people I’ve ever worked with, and his love for Harper was so evident from the moment he reached out.

We had a zoom call and discussed details for the day of the proposal, and then once I arrived at the gardens, I scouted out the specific proposal sight. Right before Skylar and Harper arrived, a family had sat down on one of the benches nearby (that would block my perspective), so I kindly asked them to move and discovered they were French! I spoke French with them (which was so fun) and they were so happy to move out the way and watch from afar.

The proposal was so special and I loved how excited Harper was. When we finally met, she was the sweetest person ever and her and Skylar are just such a perfect match!
