Teagan originally reached out with the idea of taking her senior photos in her neighborhood and I was so excited!! I absolutely love when my seniors have a location that is special/unique to them and this little road in Teagan’s neighborhood was exactly that. The trees that lined the street were so magical and we got lucky with the prettiest light.

When Amy first reached out, she mentioned that her dream wedding was in the Blue Ridge Mountains (outdoors), but that she was worried about how cold it would be, and didn’t want to make her family freeze at their wedding! So we came up with the idea to do a first look in the mountains, with just Amy + Blake, and then we headed back to their cabin and had their ceremony with the fireplaces on inside, and such a cozy atmosphere.

We started the session at one of my favorite flower orchards up in the mountains, and then headed to a nearby field for more photos. Leah’s outfit was the perfect shade of brown and really complimented the locations we shot at.
